This job involved removing dangerous tiles and rotten roof timbers so work inside the building could safely continue ahead of a full roof replacement.

Access was difficult, but our spider lift allowed us to reach the structure quickly and safely — without the need for scaffolding.

This property required a flue liner to be dropped down the chimney, but due to tricky access the job would have been difficult and unsafe using ladders alone.

Using our compact spider lift, we were able to safely reach the chimney, providing stable access exactly where it was needed.
