Lovely open vented to unvented install carried out by the team last week on along side a project that JHL Property have undertaken.
All existing tanks in the loft removed and most certainly notice the difference in pressure out of all of the hot taps in the property another happy customer 👨🏼‍🔧 🔧

Another complete makeover this week,working along side one of the other trades used by builders we do work for. Customer didn’t want a complete wet room so between us we sunk a shower tray into concrete floor for future acceptability also customer decided to keep original toilet as it had already been modified to suit there needs. 👨🏼‍🔧 🔧

One of 2 bathrooms finished this week working along side a builder on a extension in rainham

It’s been a while since iv posted an update on Facebook one of our latest project an lovely extension in rainham where we have been very busy making the customers ideas come reality
Some nice new designer radiators installed also tried out a new product on this one to spread the weight of these heavy radiators on the plasterboard making sure they have a solid fixture due to the weight. A whole new bathroom first fixed ready for second fix in coming week or so also utility and kitchen now finished. Another happy customer so far 👨🏼‍🔧 🔧

A job finished off a few weeks ago a lovely conversion from a double garage to a beautiful living space carried out by one of the builders we carry out work for. All plumbing work carried out by us here at flow tech. We offered a full package for this one from bathroom suite to septic tank and soak away to accommodate the lovely new bathroom. Direct unvented cylinder and new hot and cold feeds the the appropriate areas. All this hard work made easier when you have great customers to work with plenty of coffee and bacon butties when you’re working in the countryside always appreciated.
