DDA LTD DDA Ltd are a creative architectural practice specialising in high end residential design & construction in London & the Home Counties.

Founded by Phillip Dusek in 1989, Dusek Design Associates Ltd (DDA) are an Architectural and Planning Consultancy based in Northwest London. Focusing on what we do best, designing beautiful bespoke modern family homes, we provide a comprehensive service encompassing all elements of the design and build process - from initial feasibility studies and preparation of detailed and successful planning a

pplications, right through to the development of technical construction drawings and site supervision. Our valued client base is located around London and the Southeast of England, and a lot of our work is generated through repeat business and recommendation - likely a testament to the high quality of design, and hard work of our small, but dedicated team.

A closer look at this striking Arts and Crafts-inspired home, designed for a plot in Cobham, Surrey.

Drawing on classic New England influences, the 7,100 sq.ft residence combines generous proportions with character-rich detailing, including multiple gables, timber cladding and traditional sash windows. A substantial central timber porch provides a strong focal point, while rustic-style lanterns and decorative gable finials add considered finishing touches that reinforce the home’s timeless appeal.

Georgian inspired home in Peaslake, Surrey.

A house design with elegant symmetry, created by the placement of traditional sash windows and a central entrance.

The grey roof, punctuated with curved dormers, sits above the white rendered frontage, giving the house a balanced and refined appearance.

A combination of white render and decorative ashlar detailing to the ground floor gives the appearance of stonework, reinforcing its Georgian character.

We’re delighted to share this cluster of six homes which is set for creation in the tranquil village of Kings Langley in Hertfordshire.

Drawing on the Arts and Crafts and farmhouse architectural styles for inspiration, each home has its own unique identity whilst working as a cohesive collection that will harmonise within the Green Belt plot.

Attractive traditional features of decorative gables, elegant timber porches and stacked chimneys gives the design a well-structured, symmetrical effect.

Using a variation of traditional brickwork, white timber panelling and white render finishes, work well to create a variation to the finish of the homes.

Each property offers approximately 3,500 sq ft of internal space, with four bedrooms and en-suites throughout.

The layouts are designed around modern family life – open-plan for daily living, in addition to dedicated spaces for a calm and balanced home life.
