Does a review get any better than this when you do what we do?

Helping keep Ventnor businesses and households running is something we never take for granted, so receiving feedback like this genuinely means a lot. “Keith has now completed a second job for us, and once again we could not fault him. The first time, he carried out all the electrical work for our new sunbed and Performance Lab room, including wiring the sunbeds, lighting, sockets and everything else needed to get the space up and running properly. The standard of work was excellent from start to finish.

What stood out most to us was not just the quality of the work, but Keith himself. He went out of his way to get everything done for us, even while recovering from eye surgery, which really shows the level of dedication and professionalism he brings to the job.

He has since come back to fit a dimmer switch for our Monday Mayhem nights in the basement of our gym, allowing us to control the lighting exactly how we want it for the atmosphere we are creating. Again, the job was done properly, neatly and without any fuss.

Keith is reliable, hardworking, knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in what he does. It is hard to find tradespeople you can trust to both care about the finish and genuinely care about helping you, but Keith is exactly that. We would highly recommend him to anyone and will not hesitate to use him again in future.”

Sometimes a job starts with “the heating’s not working properly”… and ends somewhere completely different 👀

Not all downlights are created equal… and this one proved it.

I was called in to replace some existing GU10 downlights that, on the surface, looked fine—but once opened up, the installation told a different story. Poor terminations and loose fittings meant it was time to put things right properly.

After sorting the wiring and installing Click Flow connectors for safe, future-proof connections, I upgraded the client to Ovia Inception Milli LED downlights. Fire-rated, IP65, dimmable, and with adjustable wattage and colour temperature—they’re a big step up.

The end result? A clean, modern finish with lighting that actually works for the space—and peace of mind knowing it’s been done properly.

If your downlights are a bit questionable, it might be time for an upgrade.

A recent en-suite project we completed in Bonchurch shows just how much of a difference the right lighting can make.

This installation included LED downlights, an illuminated mirror and feature travertine wall lights — all working together to create a warm, high-end finish.

We worked closely with the interior designer and other trades on this one, making sure every detail came together exactly as planned.
