Following on from my previous post, I fabricated this exquisite bar area along with the templating, supply & fitting of 10mm floating glass shelfs & mirrors.

& Tamar Trading supplying the goods once again.

Chuffed to bits with this one, safe to say i have some very happy returning customers 👌

Now we have caught up with some of the work load, i thought it was time to update the page! 😊

We have recently finished this knock through, kitchen fit out & various other works here in the heart of Rock.

List of various work as follows;

Remove UPVC window, renew section of timber frame panel, block up existing window opening & patch in section of external render.

Take down internal stud wall, install Glulam beam, renew multiple sections of plasterboard & re-plaster majority of kitchen area.

Supply & fit of this outstanding Omega PLC kitchen.
Designed by the fantastic Syrina Cotton & purchased through Tamar Trading in Bodmin.

Fabricate exquisite bar area along with the template, supply & fit of 10mm floating glass shelfs & mirrors.

All necessary Plumbing & Electrical alterations.

Patch in new section of Solid Oak flooring to match in with existing flooring.

Chuffed to bits with this one & i have some very happy returning customers 👌

Designed by the fantastic Syrina Cotton & purchased through Tamar Trading in Bodmin.

All necessary Plumbing & Electrical alterations.

Painting/Decorating works to kitchen area & 3 bedrooms.

Tiling of kitchen splash back & 2 additional ensuite bathroom splash backs.

Lay complete new section of engineered Oak flooring to match in with existing flooring.

Recently completed the design, manufacture & installation of this lovely fitted media unit with incorporated bookcase made exactly to my customers requirements.

Finished in White Tie laid down by the chaps over at 👌

After what has been quite frankly a very busy, challenging & tough year it’s nice to finish it on a good note 😊
Due to the likes of material shortages, delays on jobs, the dreaded Covid & a handful of other things, it really has made it a demanding year. I really do appreciate all the support 🙏

Nice to get this job finished & ticked off the list 😊

Carpentry work undertaken by ourselves on this new build included:

Super modern Wren Milano Infinity Plus kitchen installed & utility room fitted out.

Installation of winder staircase.

Approximately 65sqm of laminate flooring installed, all nicely scribed in to the stonework throughout the kitchen diner & main hallway area 👌.

Majority of the 2nd fix Carpentry completed by ourselves.

Out with the old, in with the new!

We have recently completed this full kitchen refurbishment in Bodmin. As you can see from the pictures, its quite the transformation! 😊👌

The full job consisted of the following:

Complete removal of existing kitchen.

Alterations to electrics in kitchen area.

Alterations to plumbing in kitchen area.

Over board one wall & re-board ceiling followed by full re-plaster to the whole room.

Installation of new kitchen.

New skirting & architrave in kitchen area.

Decorate complete room throughout.

New Karndean flooring & underlay system laid in kitchen & downstairs bathroom.
