Hey everyone! 👋

A massive thank you to all my amazing customers who have trusted Hodgson Electrical with their homes and businesses, I really appreciate your continued support!

I have a quick favor to ask. As an independent local business, the way I get found online is heavily dependent on Google. Google’s system relies massively on customer reviews to decide who ranks at the top—so every 5-star review genuinely helps me reach more people in the area who need quality electrical work! ⚡️

If I’ve done some work for you recently (or in the past!), would you mind taking 60 seconds to leave a quick review?

💡 Pro-Tip: To really help my business get found by the algorithm, it is incredibly helpful if you can include a couple of specific keywords about what I did and where. For example:

Location: "Electrician in Wakefield" (or your specific town/area eg Crofton)

The Service: The specific job I did (e.g., "Smart home installation," "Full rewire," "EICR," or "EV Charger.")

My Name: "Hodgson Electrical" and "Dan"

You can leave your review right here:

Thanks so much for your time and for keeping local trades going. It means the world!
Cheers,
Dan

Another fault found and fixed! ⚡️🔌

This morning, we attended a fault-finding job that had left other electricians scratching their heads. Not only did they fail to find the issue, but they still charged the customer expense call-out fees for doing nothing! 😤

When we arrived, a quick chat and our years of experience led us straight to the problem within minutes: a damaged cable hidden behind some kitchen tiles. 🔍
Fault found, repaired, and the kitchen completely tidied up in under an hour. Best of all? Our total bill was still less than what the previous electricians charged for just showing up! 💡

Hearing the customer's amazing feedback truly makes our day. At Hodgson Electrical, we don’t rely on advertising budgets or paid online directories. We survive and thrive purely on word-of-mouth recommendations from local, satisfied customers. 🗣️💙

To everyone who continues to recommend Hodgson Electrical: thank you. We see you, and we appreciate every single one of you! 🙌
