What a day at the Mirfield Show! ☀️🎪

A huge thank you to everyone who dropped by the Orion Homes stall yesterday! As proud Platinum Sponsors, we were absolutely thrilled to be part of such a brilliant community event, and it was so wonderful meeting so many lovely local families.

From the incredible main ring displays and live music to all the fantastic local companies showcasing their talents across the stalls, it was amazing to see the Showground buzzing with energy. Events like this truly show what a fantastic, tight-knit community Mirfield has!

We loved chatting with everyone who stopped by to talk about our new developments, ask questions, or just say hello.

Mirfield Show is an annual agricultural & family fun day Is held at the Showground Huddersfield Road, Mirfield on the Sunday before bank holiday every August. It is organised and run by the Mirfield Agricultural Show Society as a not-for-profit event, and regularly attracts over 10,000 people.

Buying a new build home isn’t quite the same as a standard purchase - and neither is choosing your solicitor❗

Developer deadlines can be tight (sometimes just 21–28 days to exchange), off-plan contracts, and lots of moving parts behind the scenes, you need someone who can keep things moving quickly and knows exactly what to look out for.

A good new build solicitor will:
