The team are now on site in Leicester, working on a mammoth 15 storey tower block delivering communal ventilation to every floor.

Rigid galvanised steel ducting throughout, running from the risers out to each apartment — a robust, long-life setup that's well suited to a building of this height and occupancy. Communal systems like this need to be right first time, so it's careful, methodical work floor by floor, coordinating closely with the other trades as the build progresses.

It's a change of pace from the housing developments we've been posting about recently, and a good example of the range of work our install teams take on — from single plots on new build sites through to high rise communal schemes.

Good to see momentum continuing with R.G.Evans Plumbing and Heating and Hill Group UK — with CVC Systems now progressing works at Oxford North.

We’ve now mobilised on the Canalside development, part of a wider scheme delivering 317 low energy homes.

This project continues the strong focus on energy efficiency and modern building standards, with low-carbon technologies and high-performance building design at its core.

Our team is starting on Blocks 3 and 8 this week, marking the next phase of delivery on site.

CVC will be delivering the MVHR installations across the development, supporting healthy indoor air quality and efficient heat recovery for residents.

CVC Systems continues to grow, and strengthening our leadership team is a key part of that journey.

I’m pleased to announce that Alan Bromley is joining CVC Systems as our new Sales Director.

Alan will be responsible for leading our sales strategy and supporting the next phase of growth as we continue to deliver large-scale ventilation projects across the UK.

CVC has grown significantly in recent years, and bringing Alan into the team allows us to continue building a strong management structure that supports both our clients and our internal teams.

Good to see works underway at Sawyers Close, where CVC Systems has begun delivering the ventilation systems for this major regeneration project.

Working alongside RG Evans and Hill Group UK, the development will deliver 413 new homes in total, designed with a strong focus on energy efficiency and modern building standards.

We have just started installation works on the first phase of 61 apartments. CVC will be responsible for the installation of the MVHR systems across the development, helping ensure healthy indoor air quality and efficient heat recovery throughout the buildings.

Pleased to see the Cherry Grove Passivhaus development in Frome reaching another key milestone.

This week the CVC Systems team has been on site completing second fix MVHR installations, supporting the delivery of ultra-low-energy homes.

Across the plots we’ve installed Brink Flair 225 MVHR units. It’s a well-run scheme delivered by Ashcot Construction Ltd, and a good example of how proper ventilation design and installation underpins genuinely low-energy housing.

Good progress on site and a solid push towards completion. Onwards to commissioning.

We’re starting the year with some great news at CVC Systems.

We’ve officially acquired MDL Ventilation, with their entire team joining CVC.

This immediately doubles our installation capacity and brings a huge amount of hands-on experience into the business.
More engineers. More knowledge. More ability to deliver complex projects properly — and on time.

We were recently brought in to support the refurbishment of a private swimming pool in Oxfordshire, following the identification of structural issues caused by prolonged lack of ventilation and dehumidification.

Sustained high humidity levels had led to condensation-related damage and contributed to roof subsidence. Our role was to address the root cause by delivering a properly engineered environmental control solution to protect the building fabric and stabilise internal conditions.

The project centred around the installation of a WOLF CKL swimming pool air handling unit, providing continuous dehumidification and space heating, supported by a high-efficiency air source heat pump. Together, the system maintains controlled humidity and temperature levels, preventing further moisture-related deterioration.

All ductwork and the AHU were powder coated white at the client’s request — not only for a clean architectural finish, but to provide critical corrosion resistance within the aggressive, chlorine-rich swimming pool environment.

The system has now been commissioned and handed over, forming a key part of the wider refurbishment works and helping to restore the pool hall to a safe, stable, and durable condition.

A clear reminder that in swimming pool buildings, ventilation isn’t optional — it’s structural protection.
