Called out at the start of the week for a boiler fault that originally happened on Saturday. The landlord assumed we didnβt work weekends, so another local company attended first.
They were there around 10 minutes, charged Β£360, and advised it was an electrical fault and that the boiler needed replacing.
The landlord then asked us to investigate and confirm whether the diagnosis was correct. After around an hour of fault-finding, we identified the issue and ordered the required parts. Unfortunately, they werenβt in stock immediately.
Once the parts arrived, we returned and within 45 minutes had the boiler fully operational again with heating and hot water restored.
Not every boiler needs replacing. Accurate diagnostics and proper fault-finding matter.
