Remember the management of legionella is part of your health and safety checks as well as asbestos and fire safety.

Are you aware that if you have 5 or more employees and use a stored water system you need to have a legionella risk assessment done?

The reason behind this is to pass your health & safety checks and keep everyone who comes to your premises safe from legionella bacteria. If you leave the bacteria to grow it can cause Legionnaires disease, this is a fatal form of pneumonia.
