A throwback to one of our past projects where we were tasked with weatherproofing service risers for the Clive Booth Student Accommodation at Oxford University. The redevelopment was required to help provide much needed student housing in Oxford.

Each building featured around six to eight service risers, all accommodating ventilation systems. Weatherproofing these service risers was an essential part of the project, helping to protect the buildings while supporting the long term performance of the ventilation systems.

A great example of how the right weatherproofing solutions can play an important role in creating safe and durable environments.

As Contracts Director, Neil oversees site operations, manages commercial contracts, and works closely with clients across the UK.

Neil has been a valued member of the business since 1996, having started his career as a trainee site fitter. Over the past three decades, he has progressed through a variety of roles, gaining extensive knowledge and hands on experience before taking on his current leadership position.
