This one has well and truly took blood, sweat and tears from all of us!😂

160m² of porcelain laid all on solid beds, finished with a resin grout to make this patio maintenance free! Massive shout out to the lads on this one, some serious hardwork, grit and determination has helped get this over the line!

Fantastic progress being made on an extension in Streetly!

- Removal of the existing conservatory and reduction of brickwork to DPC.
- Extend brickwork to form new opening for Bi-fold doors
- Brickwork up to Wall plate height and steels installed

Wall plates on today and roof structure commencing tomorrow!

And thats a wrap for 2025!

Another fantastic year for GT Construction & Restoration Ltd with an abundance of work completed. Safe to say all of us have earnt a well deserved break for a couple of weeks. We would like to thank all clients/customers for the work given to us alongside a big thank you to all Sub - Contractors who have helped us along the way! 💪

Last week the team have been at a Church in Codsall, dealing with some damaged brickwork that is a result of impact from a vehicle.
We pinned the brickwork above with Steel needles and acrow props which allowed us to reduce the damaged brickwork to ground level. We then re-instated the brickwork with a 5mm recess finish to the pointing to match the existing, super pleased with how this has turned out! 🧱💪

We are now in the final few weeks of the year before the Xmas break! If there are any works you would like us to look at/quote for/advise on into the new year please do not hesitate to get in touch!
