Project Completed – Loughton

Another fantastic garden transformation completed by JJ Landscapes.

For this project, we constructed a large U-shaped sleeper planter around the rear perimeter of the garden, creating a striking feature while adding structure and definition to the outdoor space.

The planter was professionally lined before being filled with a premium blend of quality topsoil, well-rotted manure, and compost to provide the perfect growing conditions. It was then planted with a carefully selected variety of shrubs and plants, bringing colour, texture, and year-round interest to the garden.

To complete the transformation, we installed a fresh new lawn, giving the garden a vibrant and inviting finish.

This was one of our more challenging projects, with approximately 40 tonnes of materials removed and brought in—all transported through the house. The hard work and attention to detail were well worth it, and we’re delighted with the finished result.

Complete Garden Transformation – Chigwell

From an unusable sloping garden to a stunning, multi-level outdoor living space.

This project involved the full excavation of the existing garden before carefully regrading the area to create three beautifully tiered levels, maximising both space and usability.

Each level was retained with premium timber sleepers, providing structure and definition throughout the garden. We then installed elegant Kandla Grey porcelain paving, delivering a contemporary finish that perfectly complements the property’s style.

The transformation was completed with a freshly laid lawn and decorative stone borders, creating a clean, low-maintenance garden that is both practical and visually impressive.

Another project successfully completed in Stoke Newington for a wonderful couple.

The existing garden patio was carefully removed and replaced with beautiful antique yellow slate paving, creating a timeless and elegant outdoor space.

A flowing pathway of stepping stones now leads to the bottom of the garden, while rustic porcelain paving has been installed around the shed to provide a seamless and practical finish.

To complete the transformation, we laid a fresh new lawn and created a natural wildlife pond. The clients are now adding the finishing touches by dressing the pond and filling it, ready to welcome local wildlife.

🌿 Another Happy Family Garden Transformation! 🌿

With a new addition joining the family, safety and practicality were the main priorities for this project.

We created a dedicated children’s play area by carefully sectioning off part of the garden, excavating the existing ground, and installing a generous 4–6 inch layer of premium play bark to provide a safer, softer surface for little ones to enjoy. The area was finished with traditional picket fencing and a matching access gate, creating a secure and attractive space while maintaining the garden’s overall appearance.

To further enhance the garden, we planted a selection of shrubs around the perimeter to provide natural screening and seasonal interest.

Additional works included:
✅ Relocating the existing shed to improve the garden layout
✅ Extending the utility paving area to create additional usable space
✅ Installing a bespoke safety gate to secure the steps and provide extra peace of mind for the family

The result is a practical, family-friendly garden that offers a safe environment for children to play while remaining attractive and easy to maintain.

The transformation included the installation of premium Rasa Grey porcelain paving, creating a contemporary and durable outdoor living area. We also laid a high-quality artificial lawn, providing a lush, low-maintenance finish that looks great all year round.

To enhance the overall design, a decorative stone border was incorporated to add texture and definition, while a brand-new fence and gate were installed to improve both security and appearance.

Recently Completed Project – Cheshunt

Another fantastic garden transformation completed in Cheshunt.

This project began with the complete clearance and excavation of the existing garden, removing all unwanted materials to create a blank canvas for the new design.

We then installed beautiful Cross Over Grey porcelain paving throughout the property, creating a seamless wrap-around finish incorporating three separate patio areas, the side access alleyway, and the driveway entrance. The paving was carefully designed with sweeping curves to achieve the client’s desired look, adding both character and flow to the outdoor space.

To complement the paving, we installed a high-quality artificial lawn, providing a clean, low-maintenance area that remains attractive all year round. A stylish Venetian-style fence was also constructed to conceal an unsightly boundary wall, significantly improving the overall appearance and privacy of the garden.

Several fence panels were also replaced, completing the transformation and ensuring a consistent finish throughout.

The end result is a modern, practical, and low-maintenance outdoor space that allows the client to spend more time enjoying their garden and less time maintaining it. The customer was absolutely delighted with the finished result.

Recently Completed Project – Enfield Town

We recently completed this garden renovation project in Enfield Town, creating a modern and practical outdoor space for our client.

The project involved the careful removal and disposal of the existing patio, pathway, and a section of fencing adjacent to the patio area. The ground was then fully prepared to ensure a solid and long-lasting foundation.

A new Earthcore Grey porcelain patio was installed, complemented by a matching pathway to seamlessly connect the garden spaces. To provide a striking contrast and a premium finish, the patio and pathway were framed with a charcoal block border, enhancing the overall appearance and creating a clean, contemporary finish.

The result is a durable, low-maintenance outdoor area that combines style and functionality, providing the client with an attractive space to enjoy for years to come.
