Fact of the day....the term plumber has overtime become a misnomer.

The word comes from the Latin "Plumbarius" meaning "a worker in lead". These days we don't use lead in pipework due to its toxicity and use copper instead.

The Latin for copper is "Cuprum", so in fact plumbers should really be known as Cuprumbers.

We at Gordano Valley Heating answer to either.
