Just submitted a Section 73 application to remove a condition on an approved planning application. This detached property in Staines upon Thames has a Garage (too small to park a car) but the condition stated that the Garage is only for parking a car. This meant that permitted development is not available. By removing this condition, permitted development is available and the owner can convert the Garage.

Projects need checks from Building Control during the build. Then at the end you get a 'certificate of completion' so it is important to treat your team well as they all need to sign that completion form before you get the 'certificate of completion' . . . . . .

Just submitted a Permitted Development application for a property in Thames Ditton. This is for a Loft conversion/extension with large dormer at the rear, hip2gable on the side and Velux windows in the front roof slope. This space will create a great master bedroom, dressing area, en-suite bathroom and lots of storage. Love it.
