Your feet have a lot to say!

Most people are surprised how much.

Reflexology is face to face — but the focus is on your feet, not your eyes. And that shift does something interesting. The usual defences soften. People start asking questions. Noticing things. Talking.

“What does it mean when that spot feels so tender?”
“I always carry tension there — how did you know?”
“Actually, now you mention it...”

And just like that, the session becomes a conversation.
Your feet hold a map of what's going on in your body — and often, your life. Stress, overwork, grief, the things you've been pushing through. A good reflexologist reads that, gently, and reflects it back. Not with a clipboard. Just with their hands and a bit of curiosity.

It's a toe-dip into something deeper. No pressure. No couch. Just a quiet room and however much of yourself you feel like bringing.
And sometimes, that's where it starts.

For some people, the idea of sitting across from a therapist or coach and just talking feels too exposing, too unfamiliar — or just a bit, well, like somebody else.

Reflexology meets you somewhere else entirely. It gives your body somewhere to be, your mind something to follow, and takes the pressure off having to perform being okay.

But the conversations that happen on that couch? They go places!
