Another one completed by the AS Balustrades team 👌

Today’s job took us to Grasscroft, installing a frameless structural glass balustrade system to this fantastic raised balcony.

Front elevation:
Anodised OnLevel base track, fixed through the porcelain tiles directly into the concrete substrate, finished with 17.5mm clear toughened laminated glass and adjoining glass clips for maximum stability.

Back & side elevations:
Anodised OnLevel base track, drilled and tapped directly into the RSJ using M10 bolts, again fitted with 17.5mm clear toughened laminated glass and adjoining clips for additional stability.

A clean, modern finish that keeps the views completely open while providing a strong and secure balustrade system. 🔨

Another great collaboration with Eaton Construction 🤝

For this project in Littleborough, the AS Balustrades team supplied and installed a bespoke 50mm stainless steel balustrade system.

The system was postcrete-fixed to provide maximum clearance along the access ramp and featured 50mm stainless steel posts, midrails and offset handrails—creating a strong, practical and professional finish.

A fantastic result and another quality installation completed by the AS team! 👏

🌧️ The rain doesn’t stop the AS team! 🌧️

Today’s job was part of a refurbishment project in Stalybridge—and the weather was absolutely awful! We were soaked through, but that didn’t stop us getting the job done. 💪

We supplied and installed an on-level structural glass balustrade system, fixed directly to a steel beam previously installed by AS Balustrades on behalf of the client.

As this public area will soon become a bar terrace, safety and compliance were essential. We upgraded the specification to 21.5mm toughened laminated glass, finishing the system with a 42mm stainless-steel slotted handrail.

The result is a strong, safe and solid structural glass balustrade system—built to perform and made to last.

Today’s installation completed in Davenport… it was hot! 😁

We removed the dated bench area and installed additional structural timbers to strengthen the fixing positions before supplying and fitting:

🔸 50mm stainless steel, floor-fixed balustrade system
🔸 Bespoke double-offset handrail
🔸 10mm clear toughened-glass infill panels

A much cleaner, safer and more modern finish that completely transforms the space.

Another quality installation completed in Salford 🙌

We supplied and installed our 50mm stainless-steel, floor-fixed balustrade system, secured into the brick substrate using M10 stainless-steel chemical anchors.

The small flight of steps was finished with a bespoke welded offset handrail, alongside 10mm black-tinted toughened-glass infill panels—giving the property a smart, modern finish while providing strength and safety.
