Some before and after shots of a garden we designed back in 2023. Gardens which slope to this degree are practically unusable without major intervention - and that's what this one required, with the creation of terraced levels retained by brick and sleeper walls.

Small gardens can be a design challenge. How do you blend form and function - and still make it a lovely space to be in? We were pleased with what we achieved in this garden; a sunbathing lawn, shed for storage and a gravel garden, all in a small sloping space with tricky access from the house.
