We don’t often get the chance to post on our page with hectic work schedules and a hectic home life but this message is the one the counts the most and this is to say a big thank you to our wonderful customers and most importantly to our wonderful team Lee, Katie, Owen and Jake. We cannot tell you how hard the team work day in, day out and we are truly grateful for your commitment to the company and to allow us to continue to grow. We hope you all have a lovely well earned break over Christmas and are looking forward to seeing you refreshed and ready to go for a busy first quarter of the year.

Our office will be back open on Monday 5th of January 2026. For anyone looking to order logs we do still have availability into the new year give us a call or email in the new year.

With the last job of the a another busy year finished we would like to thank our amazing staff who always go above and beyond. Thank you to all our customers for their support. Merry Christmas all and a happy new year , the office is closed until the 8th of January but we will be checking the voicemail and emails a couple of times over the holiday period and respond as quickly as possible.

Part time or full time availability. Permanent positions. Groundy. 2 positions available.

Pay rate dependent on experience and any qualifications.

We are a small team based in Ware. We’re looking for 2 grounds people. Duties include: clearing up garden debris and other tasks to complete the job in hand other duties could include using chainsaw, chipper and hedge cutter. Full training to be given.

Good communication skills are a must.
Full Driving licence would be ideal but not essential as long as you can get to the yard.

Normal Hours are between 7:30am to 4pm Monday-Friday.

As another year draws to a close we would like to say thank you once again for the fantastic support of our customers. It’s been a very busy end part to the year for us as you will see from the lack of posts.

It goes without saying, a huge thank you to our wonderful team Lee, Katie and Owen who have worked tirelessly throughout the year and we hope you enjoy your much deserved time off over Christmas.

Our office will be open until Friday 22nd December then we will re-open on Tuesday 2nd January.
Our office hours have changed slightly as you will see on our website www.hertstreecare.co.uk but in the new year they will return to 9am-1pm.
Messages can be left over the Christmas period and we will get back to you on the 2nd of January.

there’s still availability for delivery before Christmas we will be setting a cut off time of 10am on Friday for any orders to make sure we can guarentee delivery the same day. This may be subject to change if we have huge demands. We will keep you posted.
