🔸Our team are continuing with the fire damper installation works across the site, including control and power wiring, control module enclosure fitting and internal wiring. Secondary containment is also being installed to final positions, alongside fire mastic to cable entries and the wiring of supplies to unswitched fused spurs for the damper control modules. Good progress from the team as we continue delivering this important element of the building's fire safety systems 💪

🔸Our works covered the installation of containment, lighting, emergency lighting and small power, alongside power supplies for equipment throughout the production kitchen, chipping line, fridges and other areas. We also completed the CCTV and door access systems, data outlets, fire alarm installation, MCCB panel and switchgear works, as well as the external generator and changeover switch, with the Wi-Fi installation first fixed ready for the next stage. Great work from the team ⚡

🔸MECHANICAL•INSTALLATION🔸

🔸Swipe across to see the progress of our mechanical installation across this commercial project, with extensive ventilation ductwork now installed throughout the building 🔧➡️

🔸Our works span two floors and include a full AC installation to the office, toilet and kitchen areas, alongside a complete ventilation system with VAM units, secondary ductwork, grilles, intake and extract systems, external louvres and associated lagging. We have also delivered the building's plumbing and heating systems, including instantaneous water heaters, PIR-controlled solenoid valves and pipework to the sanitary ware. A substantial package of works coming together well across site 💪
