This loft had inadequate insulation, so upgraded insulation to 300mm and boarding an area around the loft hatch. This meant raising the levels of the ceiling rafters to not compress the insulation so max efficiency was kept from the insulation

So please to play a small part in the latest Band of Builders charity project. Main reason for attending was to complete an EPDM roof. Amazing experience and for a wonderful family. Absolutely loved doing this lead roof to a bird house that was built by another volunteer
