🌳 Emergency Tree Work

Our team were recently called out to this mulberry tree after it failed during the strong winds we’ve been experiencing.

The tree had come to rest against the house, with clear signs that the root system had failed below ground. After assessing the situation, a difficult decision was made to remove the tree completely and look at replacing it with a new one in the future.

This was a different and challenging removal, with the priority being to safely dismantle the tree while preventing any further damage to the property.

Once the tree was safely removed, the team also fitted a temporary tarp over the damaged roof to help prevent any further water ingress until a local thatcher could attend and carry out the necessary repairs.

A challenging job, carefully managed from start to finish. 🌳🏡

New pergola completed for a customer this week, replacing the old structure that had sadly rotted away.

Built to last, this new pergola has been installed using granite saddle stones, keeping the timber clear of the ground to reduce moisture transfer and help prevent rot. It’s a simple detail that will significantly increase the lifespan of the structure.

A great addition to the garden and ready to be enjoyed for many years to come.

Busy week for the team last week 💪🚜

Tight access on this landscaping project meant every move had to be planned properly, but with our TB219 help from and their hire dumper we’ve been able to keep the job moving efficiently 👏

We’ve now started bringing material in across the 70m track using track mats to protect neighbouring properties while allowing larger machines on site. This has massively reduced time on the job, helped us stay on schedule, and ultimately brought overall costs down for the customer ✅
