Experience, Specification And Time Well Spent On Site.
Our Territory Sales Manager for Bristol and the surrounding area, James Ball, was on site with Steve Martin, Managing Director of SM Construction , for the installation of the company’s latest JCB 86C-2 MIDI Excavator.
From its Warminster base, Steve Martin Construction has built a highly respected, Industry accredited Groundworks and Construction business, undertaking an impressive range of work including prestigious projects where precision, technical capability and exacting standards are expected.
With Steve’s extensive experience of Operating and owning Construction machinery, the installation was an opportunity for James to focus on the specific specification and features of this particular JCB 86C-2, ensuring the machine is set up to deliver exactly what Steve expects from it across his varied applications.
Time on site with Steve was equally valuable for James. The opportunity to hear the perspective of an experienced Business Owner, Contractor and Operator brings a level of practical insight that complements James’ own JCB product knowledge and helps him understand even more about the customers and applications across his territory.
It’s exactly the approach James is bringing to customers throughout Bristol and the surrounding area, getting on site, understanding individual operations and making sure the right JCB specification is working hard for each customer.
