This customer had their boiler serviced by another company and was advised the boiler needed replacing.

However, they weren’t made aware of the condition of the flue 👀

When we attended a few days later, we found severe corrosion within the flue. Something that could become dangerous if left unresolved.

We talked the customer through everything properly, showed them the issue firsthand, and carried out a full new boiler installation with a safe new flue fitted.

This is why thorough inspections and clear communication matter.

Not every issue is immediately visible, and sometimes problems go beyond the boiler itself.
