⭐️ Westhoughton ⭐️

Here’s the new garage roof that we have completed by the end of today what we started on Monday 💪😎

We removed all the original tiles, ridges, felt and batons and installed a new eave tray felt support system with a new breathable felt and 2x1 treated batons, our customer opted to go with new flat grey tiles along with new angled grey ridges and a new dry ridge kit system, we will be seeing our customer again next year as they are so pleased with the result they have requested to book in there main roof of the house 😁

Yet again we left with a very happy customer!! 🙏😁

⭐️ Newton le-willows ⭐️

Here our customer opted to go for a new black square pvc gutters and down pipes along with a new black dry verge system to match the gutters.

The front batons conditions was ok for us to work with and get the baton secure to attach the verge caps to. I wish I could say the same for the back but when we stripped off the tiles to remove the mortar it was impossible to install a dry verge system with the conditions of the batons.

We are far from conmen and honesty is our way forward with every customer and we will always give you every option possible 🙏 as you can see we saved our customer a lot of money as the condition of the rest of the felt and batons was okay, execpt from the gable end so we stripped off a metre going up the roof and then fitted new felt and batons all way up leaving it watertight again and stable for the new dry verge system 👍

Yet again we left with a very happy customer!! 🙏😁

Here we have a prime example of cowboy roofing at its finest, I have never seen anything like this before 🤠🤦🏻‍♂️

Unfortunately our customer also my favourite and the best burger shop around The Crispy Bun!! had been ripped off £1000’s for this and had been left with what was meant to be a full new roof…

We got to work today and had the job completed by the end of the same day 😎

Here’s the new roof we have completed that we mentioned a couple of weeks ago, had a few delays in the process but managed to get the job completed in the end 🙌

We removed all the slates, felt and batons
and installed a new eave tray felt support system with a new breathable felt and 2x1 treated batons, our customer opted to go with new flat grey tiles and half round terracotta ridges with a new dry ridge kit
system, we fitted all new lead soakers and flashings in the chimneys and the extension, new white PVC facias and black round gutters with a new grey dry verge system along both gable ends leaving this roof 100% watertight and looking brand new again 😍✅

Yet again we left with a very happy customer!! 🙏😁

🚨🚨 New roof alert 🚨🚨

Keep your eyes peeled for our next project in Leigh 👀👀

Full new roof from slate to tile, front/ back and extension along with the chimneys repointed, all new lead work, new facias and gutters and a new dry verge and dry ridge kit system.

We are excited to see the end result on this one! 🙏🤩

Here our customer had enough of the look of there facias and gutters and wanted a refurb, the neighbour also was suffering with the same issue but also had wildlife entering the loft.

We got to work straight away on a wet windy Sunday installing new pvc soffits, facias and gutters and we still managed to complete it by the end of today 💪

Our customer was so overwhelmed with the end result, they’re having us go back in the future to fit a new roof for them 😁

Here’s a new roof we completed today for a sub contractor we started it last Wednesday, and even with the bank holiday off and the heavy rain we still managed to get the job completed in time 🙌

We removed all the slates, felt and batons
and installed a new eave tray felt support system, new breathable felt with 2x1 treated batons, along with new flat grey tiles and half round grey ridges with a new dry ridge kit
system, we fitted all new lead in the back chimney and a new front lead
apron and soakers on the front chimney, we had to add a new flashing kit for the velux window with it going from slates to tiles ✅

Yet again we left with a very happy customer!! 🙏😁

These jobs are not getting any easier for us at the moment 😣😂

Here our customer requested the option of getting there kitchen extension roof/ceiling raised along with a velux window fitted.

although we had a few delays with the brickwork, big shout and a massive thanks to Danny Keen for sorting it out for me as soon as he could and done a very nice job considering what he had to work with, we got to work straight away and eventually got this one completed 🙏

⭐️ Bolton ⭐️

Here is the awkward re roof we mentioned last week.. I have never known a roof to be as awkward as this but we managed to get the job done and within the space of a week 💪

We fitted all new felt and batons along with an eave felt support tray system to also keep out the wildlife along with clearing out all the gutters, we laid down the slates after numbering everyone of them so it wasn’t as hard to get the roof slated back in, then to finish off we bedded and repointed the ridge tiles making this roof fully secure and watertight again 🏠✅

Yet again we left with a very happy customer!! 🙏😁

Keep your eyes peeled for our next project in Bolton 👀

We will be completing a re-roof on this, starting with stripping off all the slates, ridges, felt and batons, inserting an eave tray felt support system to keep out the wildlife and support the felt, replacing the felt and batons with new and laying back down the original slates.

It’s a Very awkward one this as the slates have to go back on exactly how they came off with the way they’ve all had the holes punched in and to add to the awkwardness they’re all also different sizes and lengths 🙄

Also big shout Abstract Scaffolding Ltd for the scaffolding, can’t thank these lads enough!! they had there work cut out with this one but they had it up in no time so we could get cracking with the re roof 💪

This surgery is going from all Black wooden facias along with brown square gutters/downpipes and brown dry verge caps to all new PVC white facias as well as new black square gutters/downpipes and new dry verge caps in anthracite grey..
