Formerly The White House, the site was acquired by with JSA appointed to lead an extensive refurbishment and extension to the existing dining space creating a stunning garden room and external patio area. The Sutherland is a beautiful project which we are proud to have been involved with.grill

We are incredibly proud to announce that our work on Cambridge St. Collective, Europe’s largest purpose built food hall, has been recognised by being shortlisted at this Years Mixology Awards North!

We met with our friends at Blend Family over in Sheffield this week to catch up and discuss their exciting pipeline of future projects!

Cambridge St. Collective is Europe’s largest purpose built food hall and is the latest venture from the award-winning food hall curators at Blend. They aim to provide a platform for talented chefs to bring authentic cuisine to the diverse communities of the UK.

Revisiting Cambridge St. Collective again and experiencing it at a customer level was a valuable experience for us as designers, as understanding the operation of a site is just as key to the layout and concept of a scheme as the aesthetics are. The photographs of this site just don’t do it justice. We’re really proud to be working with such a fantastic team on projects like these!
