Emergency call-out seen us find this beauty, luckily the RCD had tripped or a fire 🔥could have occurred 22 non fire rated spotlights and 50 watt halogen lamps in this apartment 😵‍💫🙈

Luckily we spoke to the landlord and had these all swapped the next day to LED fire rated integrated fittings.
We found most of the cables behind each fitting burnt to a crisp.
