Architectural plans and details (For Planning Applications & Building Regs)
Liaison with Local Authority Building Control and Planning Departments
Structural steel designs (beams, columns, wind posts etc)
Structural concrete designs such as foundations and slabs
Structural timber designs such as ridge, rafters, purlins and joists etc
Full CAD details upon request for any of the above
Site visits at any stage of a project to overcome unexpected situations or to certify works
Drainage work and designs

Another week, another new extension project.

We’re developing the designs with the client and will then apply for Planning permission on their behalf.

Once Planning Approval is obtained, we’ll complete the Building Regs detailed drawings and structural design, then help the clients through the tender process.
