Not every office problem needs a complete refurbishment. Sometimes one well-planned change solves it.

A glass or solid partition can turn unused floor space into:

Moving office doesn’t automatically mean replacing everything.

Sometimes the smartest option is knowing what to keep, what to move and where new furniture will make the biggest difference.

We recently helped a local business relocate its existing office furniture from its production site to a new office around four miles away.

Our team dismantled and transported approximately 25 workstations, along with chairs, screens, monitor arms, cupboards and pedestals. Everything was then stored securely on-site for two weeks while the new office was prepared.

Once the space was ready, we returned to install the furniture exactly where the client needed it.

We also supplied 10 new workstations, including desks, pedestals and chairs, to complete the new workspace.

Reuse what works. Replace what doesn’t. Spend the budget where it will make the biggest difference.

The project is still ongoing, so we’re looking forward to seeing the next stage take shape.

After 26 years in business, there aren’t many firsts left but today was Excel Business Environments’ first Warrington Chamber Plus | Networking/ Events/Business Support Conference!

Alan attended alongside Marketing Director, Stacey from Fireheart Digital, who made a few introductions to the Warrington business community.

Alan thought the event was brilliant. It was a great morning hearing from local leaders about sustainability, net zero and the future of Warrington, with plenty of useful ideas to take away.

Sustainability is becoming increasingly important across commercial fit-outs, from energy-efficient lighting and smarter building systems to EV charging infrastructure, so it was great to hear how other businesses are approaching it too.

Sometimes one room can completely change how an office works.

As part of the same aerospace refurbishment project, we created a new managers’ office within an existing open-plan workspace.

Rather than changing the whole office, we used a new partition system to create a dedicated private space, finished with:

✅ Feature decoration
✅ Bespoke oak-finish joinery
✅ New doorset
✅ Bespoke window modules
✅ Upgraded internal finishes

The result was a smarter, more professional management space that still worked naturally within the wider office environment.

It’s a good example of how an existing workplace can be adapted without the need for a full redesign or relocation.
