Another multipanel installation✨

We recently carried out a replacement of this bath/shower area, As soon as work began, tiles were literally falling straight off the walls, revealing failed adhesive and unstable surfaces underneath.

Another two day turn around at this rental property that was in desperate need of repairs.

The shower area had previously been patched with chipboard panelling (which isn’t waterproof). The leak continued to rot the floor, luckily we caught this in time as there is a 7ft drop to the basement below 👀

We’ve just completed this bathroom renovation in a record breaking time, we forgot to get some inbetween photos😅

The management company contacted us to investigate a leaking shower area, unfortunately it was beyond repair. The landlord opted for a full renovation due to age/ condition of the room.

We had a very limited window to complete this 💪

Complete new suite, flooring & paint to complete the freshen up ✅

We attended this job last week to diagnose a leak coming through the kitchen ceiling, as soon as we looked at the shower area we found the issue.

The tiling had failed allowing water to soften the plaster board walls behind, there was no saving this one.

Wall stripped back, re-boarded & multi panels installed to finished this shower area off nicely.

Today we removed this tired old potterton powermax floor standing boiler & replaced it with a Baxi 830 with a vertical flue system.

This customer went the extra mile on their system & opted to have all 11 radiators replaced along with new thermostatic radiator valve sets, giving them total control over there new system.

We were so eager to get this one underway we forgot to get any before photos 🤦‍♂️

Fully stripped back to brick, all walls & ceiling re-boarded. All renovations require solid foundations 💪

Massive walk in shower with a built in niche for shampoo storage, two draw basin vanity unit & a lovely geometric style floor to balance the black & white theme.

Natural stone tiles with a bespoke gloss black cupboard to incorporate more storage & house the boiler.

We’ve been quiet on Facebook but busy behind the scenes 🛠️

Check out this lovely bathroom renovation we have just completed in a characteristic cottage, complete with a walk in shower, counter top basin bowl & bespoke cupboard to house the boiler with storage space.

We can’t take credit for the beautiful original flag stone floor, we have cleaned & resealed for a lasting finish 🧽✨

Busy start to the week 🛠️

A complete shower area renovation finshed today due to failed tiles & water ingress, causing the plasterboard to soften. Tiling replaced with the trusty mulitpanels for a complete new look.

We also replaced at gledhill hot water cylinder with a less complicated, more efficient unvented hot water cylinder.
