Sometimes a survey requires a little creativity!

We needed access to the rear garden to inspect the rear elevation and obtain a better view of the roof. Unfortunately, the garden had other ideas. It was overgrown by nettles.

Rather than simply recording a limitation, we thought outside the box and carried out the full inspection.

Going the extra mile is all part of the service.
