Rewire finished. All circuits fully rewired, new bonding to gas and new 16mm earth to earth rod. Loads more sockets added throughout. Spotlights added and existing pendants centralised in the bedrooms. Internal walls are very old and we’re a nightmare to get fixings and back boxes in. Lovely house with lots of character looking forward to seeing it fully renovated.
