🔥 STARTING THE WEEK OFF RIGHT 🔥

One of todays jobs was for an old school friend who has had a nightmare with previous trades, they had very heavy designer radiators fitted unsecurely to a plasterboard wall, causing all sorts of damage when it came away unsurprisingly ❌️

They decided they wanted to change to lighter radiators with a better heat output ready for when the cold comes in the winter ❄️

We arrived this morning to drain down, remove and replace with some type 22 radiators and repiping them without having to damage the lovely flooring ✅️

Once they were fitted, the system was topped up with inhibitor to protect from future corrosion ✅️

A very happy customer on completion which is everything this business is about ❤️

If you're after any radiator upgrades, I always recommend getting this done in the summer so you're not caught out when they're needed most!

One of todays jobs was a run of the mill complete revamp of a toilet.. but with a twist

I was contacted by a repeat customer who I've had quite a bit of work from and have a good relationship with

It was for his parents toilet, so when I arrived, they were the most lovely couple who were about to celebrate their 99th and 93rd birthdays respectively 🥰

So i decided to install brand new parts, such as a new fill valve, a new flush valve, new close coupling kit and new service valve, and I decided to do this completely FREE OF CHARGE on labour and just charged for the price of the parts supplied

Money isn't everything in this business, if I can help out in any which way, especially for vulnerable or elderly people, I always will as I'd like to see this sort of gesture done to my elderly relatives ❤️

They couldn't have been more appreciative when it came time to leave and Im glad I took a little bit of worry away from them

🔥 SATURDAY SMARTEN UP 🔥

One of todays jobs was for a lovely young lady in Whickham, I was contacted to originally change a stopcock and take a look if the pipework in a newly bought property could be neatened up and to relocate and reinstall a new toilet✅️

We arrived this morning to remove the shambles which was already there, we got to work installing new 40mm waste for the kitchen sink, a 32mm waste for the bathroom basin, all new 15mm copper pipe for all outlets and clipping it all to the wall ✅️

Making sure to install new valves for new dishwasher and washing machine

On inspection of the property, and knowing the customer was wanting to make adjustments to walls, we tested and removed old gas pipes aswell as blanking some other gas pipes that were still in use 🔥

A very happy customer on departure and it was a pleasure to see someone so pleased 😃

Yesterdays job in Washington was for a lovely family and I was contacted to remove a baxi combi boiler that had given up and was beyond economical repair and replace with a brand new Alpha E-Tec 28NX

• System was cleaned and flushed in accordance with manufacturers instructions ✅️

• A new Alpha in-line cyclone magnetic filter was fitted to catch any future debris aswell as adding another extra years warranty to the appliance ✅️

Not boiler related but wanted to leave my own recommendation to another small independent business, I've had a few issues with my van as some of my customers know
