📍 EAST RAINTON — NEW PROJECT STARTED!

Right… I lied yesterday 😂 We’re NOT in South Hetton today!

We’re actually in East Rainton, starting another new project for a customer.

Today we’ve got a boundary wall to hack off, prepare properly and get ready for the correct system.

For this one, we’ll be using VPI Kristoflex K230 — a highly flexible, two-component waterproofing and damp-proofing system designed to provide the correct protection where it’s needed.

And this is exactly why product knowledge matters. 👇

DAY 1 COMPLETE ✅ | SOUTH SHIELDS

First day back at it and we’ve made a cracking start on this one 👌

All the old render hacked off, primed, beaded and cleaned up — ready for the mesh and top coat on Wednesday 💪

Another project starts tomorrow… plenty happening at ARH Rendering 🔥

First day back after the holiday… and we’re working straight through Bank Holiday Monday! 😂💪

We’re starting a small one in South Shields — a new build where the existing render has become badly stained and blown due to issues around the guttering and poor previous workmanship.

We’ve already had a roofer out to sort the underlying problem 🤞, so now it’s our turn to get the damaged render hacked off and replaced this week.

Small job, but we’ll still give it the full ARH treatment — done properly from start to finish. 💪

And yes… I look absolutely shattered! 😂🤦‍♂️
You wouldn’t think I’ve just had a relaxing holiday! 😂

But please don’t let availability be the deciding factor.

Rendering is a skilled trade that takes years of experience to truly master. Good preparation, the right materials, correct application and attention to detail all make a huge difference to the finished result.

Before choosing who to trust with your home, do your research.

✔️ Check genuine reviews
✔️ Ask about experience
✔️ Make sure they have the knowledge to carry out the system properly
✔️ Don’t be afraid to ask questions

What a busy few days it’s been! 👏🔥

Me and Samantha have been out pricing up some new projects, and we’ve certainly put the miles in! 🚐💨

From Washington ➡️ Durham ➡️ all the way up to Amble — 6 jobs priced in total, and the weekend isn’t even over yet! 😅

We’ve still got 2 more jobs to look at tomorrow, and we have space for another 1 or 2 quotes if anyone is looking for a professional rendering company.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE WHO HAS ALREADY HAD A QUOTE FROM US
