🏠 BURNELLS — COMPLETE! 🎨

And that’s a wrap on what can only be described as an absolute mammoth of a job!

We were back out at Burnells today for a final snag, check-over and to make sure everything was exactly where we wanted it before officially calling this one complete for B Walsh and Sons.

When we first arrived and took in the sheer scale of the place, it was certainly a little daunting! There was a serious amount of decorating ahead of us and plenty of work to get through.

So there was only one thing for it…

Spray guns at the ready — and GO, GO, GO! 💨🎨

A huge amount of preparation, plenty of paint and a lot of man-hours have gone into getting this one over the line. Jobs of this size really are a team effort, and it’s incredibly satisfying to finally stand back and see everything finished.

From what initially looked like a mountain of work to another big project ticked off the list. ✔️

Burnells, it’s been a big one… but you’re officially DONE! 🙌

Now onto the next one! 👊

Combined, we’ve all been in this game a rather long time now… but we can safely say that, in all our years of repairing old timber windows, these are by far the worst we’ve ever come across.

There were definitely a few moments where throwing the towel in seemed like the most sensible option!
Some of these windows appeared to be held together by little more than old paint, newspaper from the 70's and sheer determination!

We cracked on and somehow managed to give them a new lease of life.

As the old saying goes…

You can’t make a silk purse out of a pig’s ear… but you can certainly throw a bit of glitter over it! ✨

Another project completed, and what a beauty it is.

We were privileged to carry out the painting and decorating on this exceptional 4-bedroom new build in the picturesque village of Bicknoller. Clean lines, crisp finishes, and an uncompromising attention to detail throughout make this a truly outstanding home.
