Another one across the line! 🙌🏻🎨

Great to see the finished result of this fantastic new-build annex.

We had the pleasure of carrying out all of the decorating works on this one, working alongside some great local trades to help bring the project together.

From bare plaster and timber through to the finished article — it’s always satisfying seeing everything come together!

Really pleased with how this one turned out and great to have been part of the project.

Thanks to Westcott & Son Construction for having us involved! 🤝🏻

Our new job starting today at The White House Hotel in Williton.

Another large project to get our teeth stuck into with plenty of timber repairs!

🏠 BURNELLS — COMPLETE! 🎨

And that’s a wrap on what can only be described as an absolute mammoth of a job!

We were back out at Burnells today for a final snag, check-over and to make sure everything was exactly where we wanted it before officially calling this one complete for B Walsh and Sons.

When we first arrived and took in the sheer scale of the place, it was certainly a little daunting! There was a serious amount of decorating ahead of us and plenty of work to get through.

So there was only one thing for it…

Spray guns at the ready — and GO, GO, GO! 💨🎨

A huge amount of preparation, plenty of paint and a lot of man-hours have gone into getting this one over the line. Jobs of this size really are a team effort, and it’s incredibly satisfying to finally stand back and see everything finished.

From what initially looked like a mountain of work to another big project ticked off the list. ✔️

Burnells, it’s been a big one… but you’re officially DONE! 🙌

Now onto the next one! 👊

Combined, we’ve all been in this game a rather long time now… but we can safely say that, in all our years of repairing old timber windows, these are by far the worst we’ve ever come across.

There were definitely a few moments where throwing the towel in seemed like the most sensible option!
Some of these windows appeared to be held together by little more than old paint, newspaper from the 70's and sheer determination!

We cracked on and somehow managed to give them a new lease of life.

As the old saying goes…

You can’t make a silk purse out of a pig’s ear… but you can certainly throw a bit of glitter over it! ✨

Swipe through the photos to see what we started with… 😳

The big glass-fronted house up Five Bells that so many people know and love has now been returned to its former glory.

This is well worth a read.

Behind every completed project is a business that has invested huge amounts of time, money and trust long before the final invoice is ever paid. Sadly, this is the reality many businesses face.

Massive respect to Westcott & Son Construction for speaking so openly and honestly about their experience. Transparency like this helps people understand the challenges many local businesses quietly deal with every day.

A new project underway today in Five Bells! 🏡

This is one of those properties we’ve all admired over the years and secretly hoped we’d get the chance to work on, so it’s brilliant to finally be on site.

And what a glorious Monday to get started too! ☀️

Large three bed new build underway today in Winsford.
Probably not the best day to be spraying with a respirator on but we move! 🔫 🎨
