My parents need help

They can't decide which colour they want, either the light shade of grey or very dark grey (anthracite)

She has grey chairs , grey place mats and grey in the floor tiles , and I'd say more black in the room worktops, appliances.

A little behind the scenes as I get ready for my second exhibition.

I wonder what the light reveals.

I'll be showcasing my artwork at Ninja Coffee in Crawshawbooth this weekend as part of the Rossendale Art Trail.

There are a lot of talented artists to see throughout the valley.

I'm displaying my artwork again this weekend at The Annex , Ninja Coffee in Crawshawbooth.

I'll have a collection of my paintings on display, along with a few of my reclaimed wood creations.

Just a little update on what I'm doing 😊

I've decided to keep Bowler Bespoke as my main page, but it's going to be a bit more than just my work from now on.

I'll still be sharing my woodwork and paintings, but also the van conversion, getting out into nature, exploring new places and just bits of everyday life.

I want to share more of what I'm actually doing, not just the things I make.

So if you want to follow along with the journey, make sure you're following Bowler Bespoke because that's where it'll all be happening from now on. 🌿🪵🚐🎨

A little time lapse showing where my artwork is currently on display at The Circle in Bacup.

There's quite a few of my paintings on display, along with some of my reclaimed wood creations.

It's actually really nice seeing a collection of my work all together like this.

Nice bit of scribing today
First attempt using nothing more than an offcut of wood to mark the shape.

One cut with the circular saw and it sat flush, first time.

Jobs like this remind me why I love what I do.

It's not about rushing. It's about taking your time and getting it right.

Thought we'd do something a bit different and show you how much the van has changed since the beginning of the week.

It's still got a long way to go, but every day it's starting to feel a bit more like home, it's nice and toasty in here now.

It's been nice getting Oliver involved as well and hearing what he thinks of it all.

Can't wait to see how this van comes together over the next couple of months.

Day 2 of the insulation progress.
Managed to fill all the cavities today, decided to add a bit more sound deadening, and made a start insulating above the cab.

I didn't realise how much more awkward a Transit is compared to my last camper van. My old Luton was so much easier to insulate and board.

Slowly getting there though. One job at a time. Looking forward to seeing it all come together.
