Rats were gaining access into the customers home through the sewer, rat drain valve fitted, problem solved. 👍

Rats were gaining access to the back of the toilet and had chewed through the flexy pipe and put the toilet out of use. Rat valve fitted today to stop any further rats entering the property. The toilet can now be fixed, knowing this will not happen again.

Hearing noises in you walls, under floors or ceilings? Recently had an extention/ conversion, pluming or drainage altered? You may have the beginnings of a rat infestation. Using camera operated equipment to check the drains for breakages I can fit a one way rat valve to stop further access from rats entering the property.
