Before and After of a smaller clay tile job completed recently in Wallingford.

A full overhaul of poorly maintained internal roof elevations including full timber replacement to all box gutter timbers framing out and installation of a new Velux rooflight, GRP box gutter installation and new rendering works to the neighbouring property to prevent water ingress into our clients house.

Our Tribute To Ozzy 🖤🤘🏼

When I saw that Ali (The current owner of Ozzy Osbourne’s childhood home in Aston, Birmingham) was looking to restore the facade of his and Ozzys home I reached out in the hope he would allow us to reinstate the original lead flashings to the bay window (apposed to the the flash band that was currently in place). When Ali gave us the green light it was an opportunity me and Sam couldn’t turn down. Today we removed the cheap flash band and installed the proper lead flashings. All topped off with our own tribute to Ozzy by lead burning his name into the top abutment flashing. A small gesture to one of our heroes. Great work from Dan & Sam as usual. Thank you Ali for letting us have this opportunity and THANK YOU OZZY 🖤🦇 RIP Legend 🖤

Redesdale Hall - Clock Tower

A pleasure to be involved in such an iconic project and a pleasure to work alongside some of the best in the industry to preserve the rich history of an amazing building.

Months and months of painstaking work behind the scenes from a team of very dedicated specialists who paid close attention to every single detail finally paid off as the clock tower was craned into place on Thursday at midday.

Thank you to all involved and we hope to see you soon for the next phase of works.

Installation of the restored Redesdale Hall clock tower in Moreton-in-Marsh commenced today, following months of painstaking works behind the scenes by Oak Frame Limited (timber work), John Taylor & Co (bells), Smiths of Derby (clock mechanism/clock faces/weathervane), Baytree Metal Roofing Ltd (leadwork), Spartan Scaffolding (Scaffolding), Haysham Electrical Contractors (small power) and Heritage Roofing Company (Oxford) Limited (Main Contractor). Works include sympathetic renewal and restoration of oak timbers, renovation of the weathervane, which depicts the Mitford family crest (Baron of Redesdale), renovation of clock faces, renewal of the clock mechanism, reintroduction of bells to the tower, leadworks to the tower decking and cupola and new electrical feeds for the clock, bell strikers and lighting.

We would like to thank The Redesdale Hall Trust, Woldon Architects, Momemtum Structural Engineers and Julie Crawshaw MSc, MRTPI for giving us the opportunity to be involved in this historical project that will be sat in the skyline of the Cotswolds for centuries to come.

Snowshill

A mixture of Reclaimed Cotswold Stone Slates and Cardinal Cast Artifical Stone Slates have been used on this beautiful period property set within the Cotswolds that is currently undergoing a full renovation.

Fulbrook

Cardinal Artficial Stone Slates installed on this intricate full reroof in Fulbrook. A much more cost effective option than its stone slate counterpart but every bit as beautiful when done correctly.

If a building’s a listing allows it these are a fantastic option for your reroof. Allowing you to keep the traditional aesthetic of the property at a fraction of the cost.

Internal box gutter re-designed and widened to accommodate a brand new lantern to light up the clients stairwell. Finished in a GRP fibre-glass roof covering to allow for the wide & long box gutter without the requirement of bays.

Milton-under-Wychwood

A mixture of reclaimed Cotswold Stone Slates and Cardinal Artifical Stone Slates have have been used in this private dwelling in Milton-under-Wychwood. Bossed lead mop-roll hip details were used to finish the roof off. Installed by our friends at Baytree Metal Roofing LTD.
