It's with a heavy heart I unfortunately have to say LJS Designs will no longer be trading. Having given it great thought , my heart and mind are in it but my body no longer agrees. I would like to thank all my customers over the years for the work and recommendations. I've enjoyed my work for many years and met some lovely people, both customers and supplier's but it's time to move on. Once again thank you to you all for the work and support. I wish you all the best. ☺️

First one of 2026 , lovely little kitchen, white gloss handless doors , stainless steel effect sink and tap , oak effect worktop and floor ( LVT) Alterations to pipeworks on the boiler to allow for removable boxing , chimney extractor, one wall and ceiling replastered, new ceiling light supplied by customer, pistachio backsplash boards , freestanding washing machine and oven. Corner unit with carousel, 300 unit with built in bin system.
Returning customer having done the bathroom, thank you so much for the work ☺️

Nice Ensuite before Christmas, ripped out and tiles tore plasterboards to death. Stripped back to brick. Re boarded, panels in shower area and splashback to sink wall. Replastered elsewhere. New tray , vanity unit, taps , and accessories, new click floor. Illuminated mirror

One more done , full strip out , lowered ceiling , replastered walls and ceiling. Spotlights , Marble effect wall panels , full in shower area , half elsewhere. Light grey matt units , Marble effect worktop , light grey LVT flooring, double radiator, illuminated, heated mirrored unit with shaver point inside. Thanks to Pat and Dave for all the drinks.

Another bathroom done. Full rip out , bath removed, walk in shower fitted, alterations to plumbing and shower valve fitted opposite end. Part panels , new inline extractor, overboard and plastered ceiling, illuminated mirror, wall hung 800 basin and unit with soft touch drawers. LVT flooring, new towel rail.

Latest project. Ensuite bathroom, complete strip out , alterations to plumbing , full panelled within shower area , half panelled outside, black trims and fittings , all supplied by customer. New inline extractor to improve removal of steam , illuminated mirror with demist. Toothbrush holder / charger. LVT flooring and black towel rail. Niche in shower area. Latest project, airing cupboard and chimney breast removed by builders. New offset quadrant shower with feature niche wall in slate effect tiles, all black fittings, large format grey wall tiles , textured anthracite units , new in line extractor, spotlights and LVT flooring.

Ensuite finished , same panels and look as the main bathroom on previous post. Lovely couple to work for and looking for...
