New patio installed in brandon.
Old slabs lifted and disposed if. Ground levelled out and a 100mm hardcore sub-base laid and compressed. Then Indian Sandstone multi sized slabs laid and finished off with black EasyJoint brush in jointing compound.

Little job I was tasked with before Christmas. The customers patio around the swimming pool was in need of repointing so I fully raked out the old mortar (half of it was already missing anyway) and repointed the whole lot using EasyJoint brush in compound, pressed in with a jointing iron. There were also a handful of loose slabs which I relaid.

All ready for its springtime jet wash before the warmer weather arrives and the customer can use the pool again

Damp/ mould on the ceilings within this property were being caused by a poorly insulated loft space, with large voids in the eaves meaning the cold temperature in the loft was reacting with the warm temperatures within the property, causing condensation, leading to the mould issues. I
cured this by stripping the first 3 rows of roof tiles/ battens, removing the bottom row of felt, filling the voids with loft insulation and renewing the bottom row of felt with a breather membrane, before fitting the battens and tiles back into place
