This room had seen better days. An old shower area that was no longer fit for purpose, with ageing materials, water damage concerns and wasted space.

The customer wanted something safer, cleaner and far more useful for everyday life.

Everything was stripped back to the shell, old materials removed, the structure rebuilt, insulated and prepared properly before transforming it into a dedicated utility room.

No shortcuts, no covering over problems – just a complete rebuild done the right way from the ground up.

Same room. Completely different feel.

Swipe through — this one’s had the full treatment.

What was there before did the job… just.But it felt dated, cramped, and not somewhere you’d actually enjoy being.

Now it’s been stripped right back and rebuilt properly, clean lines, fresh layout, and a finish that actually lifts the whole house.

This is what happens when you don’t cut corners and do it once, properly. No handy men here !!!

Nothing wrong with it — just a bit tired and not making the most of the space.

This is the sort of job I do a lot of.
Not crazy £20k bathrooms… just solid, good quality upgrades that make a big difference without going over the top.

New suite, better layout, clean tiling, modern finish — done properly so it lasts.

Most people leave it too long because they think it’s going to cost a fortune or be a nightmare… it doesn’t have to be.
