The BDM will have a good track record of maintaining client relationships, building relationships and excellent ability to listen to customers and provide the right solution to meet their needs.

You don't necessarily need experience in selling these services, however, a good attitude is imperative.

The right candidate will be based from home and cover the midlands area. You will need to be comfortable in using Linkedin and other social platforms to gain meetings with potential leads, attend networking meetings, business events, calling, visiting customers and be self motivating. You will also be able to generate ideas and implement them in order to drive sales and customer relationships.

A car allowance will be provided to the successful candidate.

We are looking for an experienced electrician to join our facilities management business for the general repair, maintenance, fault finding and testing of commercial premises as well as the undertaking of statutory and non-statutory maintenance activities. We are looking for an office assistant and appointment maker to join our small and friendly team based in Wellingborough. Your main duties will involve telephoning contacts on our database to set up meetings for the director to attend. You will also be asked to undertake general office tasks such as answering incoming calls and emails, scheduling works when requested and attend occasional events/networking meetings.

You will need to have a friendly, hard working and professional manner and happy to speak to people on the phone and in person about our services. Experience in using a CRM system and outlook email ideal but training can be given. Position is 20 hours a week. Hours are 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
