Originally from Bristol, I now live in the rural countryside, near Timsbury, Bath, with my partn
er, my toddler, and one dog and two cats. When I am not fixing customers' houses, I am extending, maintaining and improving my own house… As well as designing and building unique and sometimes beautiful pieces of furniture using natural local materials. I have a passion for fixing things, designing and creating objects that are fulfilling a practical purpose and are also aesthetically pleasing. During my A-levels, I started part-time work for a reputable shop-fitting company. This led into an apprenticeship and within 10 years, I was project managing. I came to the decision to leave this career behind in order to pursue my dream of establishing and running my own business, starting a family, building and decorating a house for them. A job is only done when it is completed to my exacting standards, and when the customer is happy with the results. Whatever the job, I will strive to achieve the very best results.
