Another very happy customer in Bristol!
Staircase Upgrade & Flooring revival throughout the downstairs tying in old flooring in the open plan dining room/kitchen area to new floor laid in entrance hallway.
Removed the carpet in the entrance hallway, laid new structural engineered oak floorboards that were bare and unfinished, Elgin Rural from , a close match to the existing engineered oak she already had elsewhere on the ground floor.
We then added all the skirting and finishing details to the entrance hallway such as the skirting, solid oak thresholds and trims, created a recessed area and infilled it with a coir mat.
In the open plan dining room and kitchen area, and utility room, our customer already had engineered oak floorboards down, but were in need of revival so we sanded back these boards to bare wood.
On the staircase, we removed the carpet. The existing bannisters were in need of an upgrade and the oak cladding did a great job of modernising the staircase as did the contemporary metal spindles.
Once completed, the stairs and floors were varnished with hard wearing clear water based varnish, all the work on the floors and the staircase tie in perfectly with one another.
Very happy customers, glad they are so pleased! Transformed their ground floor into a bright, airy, modern space 👍
This was a interesting project to work on, our team did a great job. It is looking fantastic, and the newly decorated walls completes the space perfectly 👌
