Lots of progress has been made since the completion of the demolition phase of this renovation. A new truss roof has been erected complete with plenty of insulation, beautiful triple glazed doors and windows have been installed, the new timber frame living room is taking shape and the underfloor heating and solar panels are fitted ready to get this house up to the highest levels of energy efficiency. Special thanks to the guys at county flat roofing who did a fantastic job. Looking forward to getting back on Monday to see the new floor screed that's been laid today.

We have been making good progress and are reaching the end of the demolition phase. Looking forward to getting the roof rebuilt in the coming weeks.

We are really delighted to be starting our new project alongside LED Architects. A full renovation will give this lovely 1940's bungalow a new lease of life. We are also really pleased to be able to give this house a huge upgrade in terms of energy efficiency. This is an area we feel should be at the forefront of planning and carrying out building works. Giving a benefit to the environment and reducing energy bills. Looking forward to sharing some updates over the coming months.

The old single glazed windows have been upgraded to beautiful custom made timber windows. Bedrooms refurbished with hand made wardrobes, sanded floors, re-plastered and decorated to really bring them back to life. Thanks to Terry Montgomery (carpentry), Martin Shepherd (plastering) and Darren Durbin (decorating)

This rebuild has really come together to make a fantastic space. A few things to finish internally and it will all be wrapped up. This has been a really enjoyable build and everybody has worked incredibly hard to create something stunning and practical.

Really happy to help out with some elements of this house renovation. Knocking through to make the kitchen/diner open plan and renewing a leaky flat roof complete with new roof lantern. This will no doubt be a fantastic, modern family home in no time.

During this very difficult time for everyone we have been blessed with some really interesting outside work, the curved patio extension, raised planters and new steps and ramps will make this a truly lovely place to relax and enjoy our clients beautiful garden. Sturdy but elegant fencing from Jacksons encloses a new hard standing area for housing a camper van complete with power and water.
Slab laying has started and we are looking forward to sharing the completed project pictures soon.
