Oldie project 2024. Full heating, hot water, underfloor heating refurb, bathroom and kitchens refurb. Twin underfloor manifolds both ends of the property due to the size of the project supplied by all pipework at 150mm centres. High efficiency oil boiler with a Gledhill stainless lite pre-plumber cylinder to save time and space. Grundfos comfort Hot water recirculating pump for instant hot water at the furthest ensuite point 30m away and water saving. 12 Underfloor heating zone, 1 upstairs radiator zone and a hot water zone. Upgraded water mains to 25mm from old 20mm black pipe for better flow rates due to high demand.
Every room at comfortable 21 degrees and plenty of hot water.
