Today is a special day as Kula Heating and Plumbing turns 3yrs old! With over 10yrs experience in plumbing and heating, we took the plunge to start our own small family run business in Nov 2021. Starting a New Year clear out? January is also a good time to check in on the heating and cold water storage tank in your loft. The often forgotten room of the house. Luckily this customer noticed a drip from the warning pipe outside and got in touch. If they hadn't, a leak from the loft could have caused damage to their property. Check out these before and after pics for a simple ball valve replacement.

Electric combi boiler by thermaflow, mains pressure hot water and sealed central heating system. Works exactly like any other gas combi but uses electricity instead. This one has been waiting for years to be installed, today's models are wall hung and resemble traditional boilers. If you don't have access to gas or want to be more environmentally friendly this maybe an option for you.
