A client contacted us due to his RCD tripping when certain lights were switched on.
We found no earth's was connected throughout live cables just left unsafe in back boxes shared neutrals between circuits.
We have advised the client the property is fully retested. But bear in mind this was certificated in December. How can a NICEIC contractor get away with this.

Went to a job today on a call out to lights not working. Walked in client handed me a consumer unit and said that one was broken please replace with this new one.
Erm no sir sorry not happening today.
We disconnected the lighting circuit to make safe for now until the client makes a decision.
Thinking a rewire is in order. Possibly after some testing
