A refurb job done last year involving: A combination boiler conversion into the loft. Existing boiler was located in the kitchen. Kitchen replacement including first and second fit electrics and plastering. Removal of existing airing cupboard and walls to make way for a larger replacement bathroom. And larger loft hatch/access ladder to make for safer access to loft.

A recent bathroom instal. For a small room it sure did present some challenges.
After stripping the old bathroom suite out it became apparent there was a damp issue, caused by some leaking pipe work. It also became apparent the walls and floor would need some work to accommodate the rather unforgiving right angles of the new bathroom suite.

Another recent call out. Fortunately for me.....and the customer, the only issue here was a faulty RCD unit. Trying to get to the water connections on that Mira processor could have potentially meant removing tiles and bath unit. A quick turnaround and a very pleased customer after having been without the use of either shower or bath for a number of days.
