Progress update from our latest extension project in Plymouth👷‍♂️

We’ve now completed the foundations and cavity wall construction up to damp proof course level, and we’re finishing the new ground floor in preparation for the main structure to begin.

This project required significant groundwork, including piling foundations, to properly support the new single rear and double side extension — ensuring a solid base for the build moving forward.

With the groundwork now nearly complete, the next stage is seeing the structure rise in blockwork and the new spaces really start to take shape.

💧 Soakaway Installation for a Home Extension 💧

Fence damaged in the recent storm?

New project starting for the team on Monday ✔️

This will be a great transformation with the addition of a double storey side extension & a rear single storey extension, to include a full refurbishment of the current house.

🏡🏡 Our structural job is completed and handed back to very happy clients 😁 👌

After propping up the whole building removing the front structural wall, removing the rotten lintels, digging new footings, rebuilding the external walls in block work and internal walls in structural stud work. Finish walls externally in render and skim internally, install new front door and windows and decorate externally.

This one involved a lot of work behind the scenes liasing with the clients, architect, structural engineers as well as the council for licences to close off the pavement and parking spaces.
