🔥 A Proud Dad Moment! 🔥

We’ve been a bit quiet on social media lately, but behind the scenes we’ve been busier than ever looking after our customers and getting Ryan set up for the next stage of his career.

Now that he’s fully qualified, Ryan has started heading out and looking after our customers himself — and as his dad, I couldn’t be prouder of how well he’s doing. ❤️

Even better, he’s just received his first ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!

After watching him learn and develop over the last few years, it’s brilliant to see him now out there representing Stark Heating & Gas and delivering the level of service we’ve built our name on.

🏃‍♂️ 16 miles on the Shale Trail today!

Today’s long run took me along the Shale Trail here in West Lothian, a 16-mile route running from West Calder all the way to Winchburgh. 💪

A cracking local route and another big chunk of miles in the legs as I continue training for the Glasgow to Edinburgh Ultra Marathon in October.

But all these miles have a bigger purpose. I’m taking on the ultra to raise money for Steps to Hope, supporting the fantastic work they do helping people affected by homelessness and addiction. ❤️

A massive thank you to Darren for taking the time to leave such a fantastic review.

What really stands out for us is that Darren and his family have trusted Stark Heating & Gas with their heating for a number of years. That continued trust is something we never take for granted.

☀️ 5K TIME TRIAL DONE! 🏃‍♂️🥵

Just finished a 5km time trial in this heat… safe to say that was a sweaty one! 😂

Another 5km in the legs and more miles banked towards the Glasgow to Edinburgh Ultra Marathon in October, raising money for the brilliant Steps to Hope. ❤️

Every mile is getting me closer to that start line, and every donation — no matter how big or small — helps support a fantastic charity and gives me a bit more motivation to keep putting the miles in! 🙌

And judging by the video, with the sun bouncing off my head, there was nearly a solar eclipse in West Lothian today! 🌞😂

We’re still enjoying a well-earned family holiday, but we’ll be back on 10th August and ready to help with all your heating and hot water needs. 🔧🔥

Although the tools are down for a few days, the running shoes definitely aren’t! 🏃‍♂️

Training continues as I prepare for the Glasgow to Edinburgh Ultra Marathon this October, raising money for Steps to Hope – an incredible charity supporting people in our local community who are experiencing homelessness and addiction.
